The Way of Four Spellbook is a welcome addition to any pagan library that can be used as an excellent guide for beginners, as well as being a great resource book to have on hand for the experienced. It is an interesting, easy reading book for anyone interested in learning or enhancing their magical/spell working abilities.

This is a great book, one that anyone who practices any type of spellwork should have in his or her library. It's well delivered, easy to comprehend, and there is so much material in this book though you could utilize, I strongly suggest reading this book.

If this is your first exposure to spellbooks, congratulations - you have made a good choice, and one which will serve to demystify the entire process of spellcasting. If, on the other hand, you have already had experience in spellwork, this book may expose you to a differing approach which can expand your base of knowledge. In either case the money spent for this book will be a good investment.

While the book includes many essentials commonly found across the vast array of available spell books, it also offers less typical guidance, such as a helpful warning against practicing spells while pregnant. As well, readers are sure to enjoy some of the more unusually pleasurable spells, including a wonderful-sounding bath spell to alleviate writer's block; cookie spells; sex spells; and many others.

Though this book is a companion to The Way of Four , it is also a stand-alone spellbook. It covers the basics of doing magick, as well as introductory material about the elements. Though both books are excellent, I don't think you must read the one in order to benefit from the other.
