What Kind of Intelligence Do You Have?

Your Dominant Intelligence is Linguistic Intelligence

You are excellent with words and language. You explain yourself well.
An elegant speaker, you can converse well with anyone on the fly.
You are also good at remembering information and convicing someone of your point of view.
A master of creative phrasing and unique words, you enjoy expanding your vocabulary.

You would make a fantastic poet, journalist, writer, teacher, lawyer, politician, or translator.

Your Dominant Intelligence is Musical Intelligence
Every part of your life has a beat, and you’re often tapping your fingers or toes.
You enjoy sounds of all types, but you also find sound can distract you at the wrong time.
You are probably a gifted musician of some sort – even if you haven’t realized it.
Also a music lover, you tend to appreciate artists of all kinds.

You would make a great musician, disc jockey, singer, or composer.

Linguistic as well. I expect that’s common among bloggers, at least the good ones. 😉

    Cool Quiz.

I’m a Spatial Thinker (visual thinker would be a close second, in my case). Sure enough, I prefer to make 3D art (jewelry, art dolls, textured fabric arts…).

Ken, music is my other avocation. It’s frequently more fun than writing.

I love thinking about intelligence, although I have to say that discovering I am linguistic is very much like discovering I have breasts. I mean, duh.

***Your Dominant Intelligence is Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence***

Bizarre. Apparently, the ill asthmatic is athletic. I think it concluded that because I like human-powered travel and wave my arms a lot.

  7. deblipp says:

MJR, I don’t think it means athletic, I think it means you think through your body; you gather information and make decisions and understand the world through the physical/kinesthetic.

    Rest of description was:

You are naturally athletic and coordinated, good at making your mind and body work together.
Sports are fun and easy for you, especially those requiring good hand – eye coordination.
There’s also a good chance you’re a great dancer, or good at expressing yourself through body language.
You learn best by doing, and you feel like you’ve always got to be moving (even if it’s just your hands).

You would make a good athlete, physical education teaches, dancer, actor, firefighter, or artisan.

    MJR, oy.

    Me too–no shock there.

Also a linguist. That’s not my only inclination, and I need to retake the test going back through the ones where I had to make a choice even though in my mind the answer was, “It depends.”, just to see what happens if I make the other choice.

Having said that, while I’m not professionally a writer I’ve been told more than once that I write very well.

  12. deblipp says:

You certainly do write well, oddjob.

  13. Dan says:

I was categorised as linguistic which is propbably why I never make spelling or grammar misteakes.

    ho ho ho

  15. Evn says:

    Linguistically intelligent here, as well.

And yet, I bombed at NaNoWriMo two years in a row. Intriguing…

  16. Dan says:

    Thats my line Deb.

    Visual.
Gee, what a BIG supprize that the free-lance graphic designer, aspiring Art Teacher, and all around art-queer design master of my own personal multiverse would be Visually inclided?

Sorry I haven’t been reading/commenting/posting. Moving 1000miles into my father’s house from being on my own for three years and then going to a gay cowboy bar and actually having fun and enjoying the actual eye-candy will do that.

Good news, I found my Goddess connection.
