Jeopardy College Champtionship Contestant: “Guys, manicure, guys, cell phones, guys, Quadratic Equation.”
It may turn out that woman ARE people in this commercial, but they are still not equal people. Compare:
[Male] Jeopardy College Championship Contestant: “Nuclear fission, history of Europe, girls, girls, girls.”
[Female] Jeopardy College Championship Contestant: “Guys, manicure, guys, cell phones, guys, Quadratic Equation.”
Apparently serious studies are the first thing on a man’s mind but the last thing on a woman’s.
Still offensive, just more subtly so.
